Data Deletion Request

Spectrum Consultants Co., Ltd. respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page covers both of our Facebook-integrated services: our lead management and Conversions API (CAPI) work, and KanSpam (กันสแปม), our spam-blocking service for Facebook Pages. You may submit a deletion request using the form below or by following the Facebook-guided steps.

Two different people can ask us for deletion, and the answer differs:

A business that subscribes to KanSpam. Disconnect your Page in the KanSpam dashboard, then submit the form below. We stop acting on that Page, and your stored Page access token, block records, message data and account details are deleted within 30 days. You have at least 30 days to export your data first — tell us in the form if you want that window.
A person who sent a message to a Page that uses KanSpam. You can ask us to delete the message text and block record we hold about you. We are not the Page owner and cannot change how that Page treats you — only what we store. If you were blocked in error, the Page owner can unblock you from their dashboard.

Option 1 — Delete via Facebook

Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
Select Apps and Websites
Find Spectrum Consultants and click Remove
Follow the prompts to confirm deletion

This removes our app's access and triggers deletion of your data from our systems within 30 days. KanSpam subscribers should also disconnect the Page inside the KanSpam dashboard, which tells us to stop acting on that Page.
